1.簡(jiǎn)介
瀝出機是公司核心產(chǎn)品之一，是全密閉連續化運行智能化控制植物提取線(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵設備之一，專(zhuān)用于提取后的渣中殘留特種有機溶劑的瀝出回收，提高收率，避免浪費，減少后道蒸脫回收的蒸汽用量。
公司生產(chǎn)的瀝出機，連續化運行，轉速可調。
本公司生產(chǎn)的瀝出機，完全按照GMP的規范要求設計、生產(chǎn)制造。
2.工作流程和原理
提取渣進(jìn)入瀝出機后，被自然瀝出，瀝出的溶液直接回流到提取管中；瀝出后的渣料直接進(jìn)入蒸脫（烘干）機中，進(jìn)行溶劑回收。
3.效率和質(zhì)量指標
瀝出后，渣料中殘留含液量約40%~50%。備注：不同植物原料、不同溶劑，殘留量不同。
4.應用范圍
各種提取后植物物料和丙酮、乙酸乙酯、石油醚等特種有機溶劑的混合料。
