超聲提取罐是公司常規產(chǎn)品，是在熱回流提取技術(shù)的基礎上，配備超聲提取管，凝聚了公司2項自主創(chuàng )新的發(fā)明專(zhuān)利，廣泛應用于各種植物提取，特別是在提取溫度較低的條件下，實(shí)現短時(shí)間（1~3小時(shí)）的快速提取。
2.工作流程及原理
被提取的植物原料和提取溶媒投入超聲提取罐中，在攪拌和超聲的作用下實(shí)現提取。
提取管配備超聲裝置，加速提取速度，在50℃提取溫度條件下，短時(shí)間內達到最大提取率。
配備的冷凝器可以將過(guò)程中揮發(fā)的溶劑冷卻回收，重新進(jìn)入提取罐中，形成回流提取。
配備水循環(huán)調溫裝置，在50℃下任意調控提取溫度。

提取率：≥95%。
提取時(shí)間：30~180min。
4.應用范圍
4.1.提取溶媒
適合：水、各種易燃易爆有機溶劑、堿性液、低濃度的檸檬酸。
不適合：酸性液。
4.2.提取溫度
溫度可調可控，具體溫度根據工藝要求任意設定，最高可至60℃。
4.3.原料及處理
適合：植物原料經(jīng)粉碎后呈均勻顆粒狀。
不適合：大塊狀、長(cháng)桿狀、絲狀。
